A Brief History
Maroos P&I correspondence department, came into existence as a result of merger of the legal and claims sections of Maroos Shipping & Forwarding Co. with that of a leading marine services company with a long history in the field of P&I and insurance correspondence.
The senior correspondent presently running this new entity is Captain Reza Khadempour who has been in P&I and claims handling for the last 15 years after his retirement from sea service. The firm also enjoys close cooperation by some apt Insurance Specialists, lawyers, Marine engineers and master mariners whose experiences in the field go as far back as 40 years.
This is backed by a team of young and dynamic surveyors on call around the clock for attending cases as they happen without delay.
